Since our platform provides digital content that becomes available immediately after purchase or subscription activation, the following withdrawal rules apply:

No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By purchasing digital content or a digital subscription on thermik.cloud, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. the provision of digital content begins immediately after purchase, and

2. you therefore lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 18(1)(11) of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG) and applicable EU consumer law.

Refunds after digital access has been granted are not possible unless required by mandatory legal provisions.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions also begin immediately.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once access to the content has started.

You may cancel at any time; however, access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
No partial refunds are issued.
