This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the thermik.cloud digital platform and supplements our Terms of Use.

1. General Principles

The Platform may only be used:

• privately,

• non-commercially, and

• by registered individual users.

User accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred.

2. Permitted Use

Users may:

• access content on up to five (5) personal devices

• create screenshots for personal, non-commercial use

• access locally cached/offline content when enabled by the system

• use the Platform exclusively via the official website or app

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

3.1 Distribution and Sharing

• sharing digital content with third parties

• uploading or publishing content on other platforms

• selling, renting, or lending purchased digital content

3.2 Technical Manipulation

• bypassing paywalls or access controls

• scraping, mass-downloading, or automated copying

• reverse engineering or modifying the app or security mechanisms

3.3 Account Misuse

• sharing login credentials

• multiple-person use of a single account

• providing false information upon registration

3.4 Illegal or Harmful Actions

• distributing unlawful content

• attempting to attack or disrupt servers

• interfering with platform infrastructure

4. Enforcement Measures

THERMIK Verlag e.U. reserves the right to:

• suspend or terminate accounts

• block access to the Platform

• take legal action to protect digital assets and intellectual property
